The following are troubleshooting steps that can be taken for either Android or iOS.

Android[edit | edit source]

  1. Clear the app's cache:
  • Close the app
  • Go to Settings->Apps (or Application Manager)
  • Select the game from the list of apps on your phone
  • Select Clear Cache
  • Reopen the app
  1. Restart your Android phone (power off and power on), then re-open the game. This simple act can help purge bad data and processes and improve performance.
  2. As a last resort, try to clear the app's Data. Game progress won't be lost. Just be sure to set up a password in the Settings section before you do this as it'll save you the extra step of having to request a new one through the Forgot Password request.
  • Close the app
  • Go to Settings->Apps (or Application Manage)
  • Select the game from the list of apps on your phone
  • Select Clear Data
  • Reopen the app
  • Log back in by submitting your email address. Do not accept any invitation to connect to Facebook until you've successfully logged back in via email and password first.

iOS[edit | edit source]

  1. Force quit the app (double tap the home key to bring up the preview window, then swipe upwards on the app to close it)
  2. Restart your iPhone / iPad (power off and power on), then reopen the game. This simple act can help purge bad data and processes and improve performance.
  3. As a last resort, try to delete the app and reinstall it. Game progress won't be lost. Just be sure to set up a password in the Settings section before you do this, as it'll save you the extra step of having to request a new one through the Forgot Password request
