Troubleshooting

The following are troubleshooting steps that can be taken for either Android or iOS.

Restart your Android phone (power off and power on), then re-open the game. This simple act can help purge bad data and processes and improve performance.
As a last resort, try to clear the app's Data. Game progress won't be lost. Just be sure to set up a password in the Settings section before you do this as it'll save you the extra step of having to request a new one through the Forgot Password request.

Close the app
Go to Settings->Apps (or Application Manage)
Select the game from the list of apps on your phone
Select Clear Data
Reopen the app
Log back in by submitting your email address. Do not accept any invitation to connect to Facebook until you've successfully logged back in via email and password first.

Force quit the app (double tap the home key to bring up the preview window, then swipe upwards on the app to close it)
