The following are troubleshooting steps that can be taken for either Android or iOS.

- Clear the app's cache:
- Close the app
- Go to Settings->Apps (or Application Manager)
- Select the game from the list of apps on your phone
- Select Clear Cache
- Reopen the app
- Restart your Android phone (power off and power on), then re-open the game. This simple act can help purge bad data and processes and improve performance.
- As a last resort, try to clear the app's Data. Game progress won't be lost. Just be sure to set up a password in the Settings section before you do this as it'll save you the extra step of having to request a new one through the Forgot Password request.

- As a last resort, try to delete the app and reinstall it. Game progress won't be lost. Just be sure to set up a password in the Settings section before you do this, as it'll save you the extra step of having to request a new one through the Forgot Password request
